Supplier Identification & Background Check
Our services are customized to meet the specific needs of each client. We work collaboratively throughout the entire process and guarantee measurable results. Just send us as much information on the product or service you're looking for. Include size, color, functions, special requirements, pictures if possible and any other specifications on the product and we will assist you in locating the right supplier for you.
Product Development & Sample Approval
Pre-production Inspection
Before production, we visit the factory to make sure that it is up to par and can produce the requested products to your standards. Our inspectors will inspect by random sampling the raw materials and components to be used in production. We will photograph the factory and highlight all relevant problems and provide solutions for corrections.
Product DevelopmentOur engineers will work both with you and the supplier to ensure there is no miscommunication, and that all the drawings and instructions are clear.
Sample ApprovalBefore mass-production, the supplier may, should you so require, produce a sample of your product for your approval. AET India Trade Group will send the sample to you for any comments, and should there be any problems with the sample, necessary adjustments will be made.
Quality Control Management (Raw Material Management & Order Management)
During Production Check
When production is 20% complete, our inspectors will return to the factory and examine the quality of the products and check for any defects. They will verify that the manufactured goods not only it fits the standards and the specifications of our customers but of an international level. Our inspectors will ensure all relevant problems will be corrected at this stage.
Final Random Inspection
We ensure all products conform to the international quality standards and are the standard and requirements specified by our customers. This inspection service can include various visual inspections specified by our customers.ÊWe verify quantity, color, size, function, workmanship and packing details to ensure that the terms of the contract are met.
Sample Approval
Before mass-production, the supplier may, should you so require, produce a sample of your product for your approval. AET India Trade will send the sample to you for any comments, and should there be any problems with the sample, necessary adjustments will be made.
Export/Import Documentation & Shipping Logistics
Loading Supervision
Our inspectors ensure the containers meet all the requirements necessary to carry the goods to its final destination, like cleanliness, dryness and any other problems that may arise. We measure the size and check to make sure your goods are in the right container. From the time of loading, we record the number of cartons one by one, to ensure all goods are loaded into the container. All packing and handling of goods will be monitored in the loading supervision procedure. The seal number of the container will be recorded in this process as well.
Export/Import Documentation
Our staff will provide you with all the necessary documentation for you to clear the customs. Should you require assistance with the customs' clearing, we can put you in contact with a clearing agent.
Goods Delivery
We can organize FOB, CIF or Door-to-door delivery of your shipment.
